Registration Notes

• IEEE or IET members must provide valid membership information at the time of registration.
• Students are required to upload a valid student ID card for verification.
• The registration fee covers access to all technical sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, welcome reception and the banquet.
• Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered and present the paper at the conference. Any paper not presented will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
• For authors with multiple accepted papers at ICSICT, the second paper may be registered at the "additional paper" rate, provided that:
  • Only one author attends the conference on behalf of these papers.
  • Each author may register up to two accepted papers under their name.
• The extra page will be charged once the paper exceed 5 pages, starting from Page 6 (including reference pages).
• Papers that are not registered will not be included in the conference proceedings. When completing the registration form, please ensure that your paper ID and paper title match exactly those shown in your acceptance letter.
• A receipt (international receipt or VAT invoice) will be sent to you within two weeks after your registration is confirmed.

✉️ Invitation Letters

• The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf; therefore, please begin your visa application process as soon as you decide to attend ICSICT 2026.
• If you require an invitation letter, please complete the required information in the conference registration system. An official conference invitation letter will be issued after your registration is completed.
• Please provide complete and accurate information to avoid delays in the issuance of your invitation letter.

📝 Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Any change or cancellation requests must be officially submitted in writing to ieeeicsict@outlook.com.
• For cancellations received by 30 September, 2026, the paid amount will be fully refunded.
• For cancellations received from 30 September, 2026 to 15 October, 2026, the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 50% that will be invoiced as penalty.
• No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 15 October, 2026.
• *All refunds in USD are subject to a $30 processing fee.
