The ICSICT 2026 organizing committee invites proposals for special sessions to complement the regular program with emerging topics of interest, featuring state-of-the-art research from academia and industry.
All proposals will be reviewed by the organizing committee
This special session will broadly cover fundamentals of ferroelectric materials and their applications in emerging non-volatile memory devices. Topics include growth mechanisms, theory and simulations, and novel ferroelectric materials.
Oxide semiconductors such as IGZO are mature in display panels and now explored for emerging applications including monolithic 3D integration and DRAM access transistors.
This special session focuses on the latest advances in memory devices, memory circuit design, and memory-centric computing, covering both conventional volatile and non-volatile memories.
Chiplet-based systems integrate multiple die/chiplets within the same package via advanced packaging technology, offering lower cost, higher flexibility, and better sustainability to address challenges from slowing Moore's Law.
