Submission Guidelines

Prospective authors are requested to submit at least 3 pages camera-ready full length paper in English. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. The proceedings will submit for indexing by EI Compendex and Scopus.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least two experts in the field.
